Comment: These type of conversations are better suited for the message board. This section is for fishing reports/trips. Like don51 said, there is a Kayak forum that would be a spot for this.

Comment: The 144 is a great kayak, I have the 160 and I like it better than my prowler 13. Buy a good set of wheels that slide into the scupper holes, will make your life much easyer and get a retractable dog leash for the anchor.
