Hello NY Fish Finders! MA Fish Finder(MAFF) looking for suggestions.
I'm hoping a Buffalo or area fishing resident could post some shore fishing advice/areas. I'm coming to Buffalo for four days and packed the reserve rods (read: crappy but functional) for myself and the kids. Any suggestions for decent shore fishing? I prefer largemouth bass fishing, as my limited tackle will mostly spinnerbaits. Been reading the numerous places along Niagara/Google maps, just looking for some input from people that actually fish there.
Oh, and do most of your sporting goods stores sell NY fishing licenses? There's no online option to purchase/print?

Tonawanda all along the canal is great shore fishing almost any place along the river is good. I really liked grand island area for bass and don't be surprised if you get the occasional northern to hit those spinners. check this link that i found from the trip reviews. http://www.nyfishfinder.com/niagara-river-361-location.html
