| Directions: | Get striper bass fillet covered with foil. You need to put strip of butter on top of fillet before you can covered whole fillet with foil. Put into oven or grill, cook it for 15-20 minutes. | |
| Other Notes: | I always used grill on this method. (I have seen someone to use oven before but I never tried it yet) | |
